Darfur's Genocide..

So a bunch of people have been killed due to their frustration from poverty and neglect. They launched an uprising against their own government which I don’t think is the problem. I think the government and the militias are both equally wrong and the worst though. It makes no sense to kill the innocent civilians of Darfur. There’s really no reason to. And it’s a genocide happening right before us. [http://www.genocideindarfur.net/]

Genocide - systematic killing of a racial or cultural group

I don’t understand why anyone would want to rid certain racial and cultural groups for. Who gives anyone the right to take someone’s life? Who gives them the right to say who gets to live and who doesn’t? That’s way beyond the power of one man. Its things like these that make me sick. I say the worlds messed up all the time. Sometimes it’s even upside down.
Maybe they should first see how it would be if they weren’t allowed to live. Everybody like them, including themselves, would have to die for no certain, legit reason. Wouldn’t they ask why? But then again, they wouldn’t have time to ask why because I would probably rid of them quick. They are a disgrace to the human race.
I do support the freedom of all people and civilian protection should be top priority. I read about the world’s history. I read about Hitler and the Nazis. It’s not like I want to read this. Are they insane? Can’t we just live peacefully where nothing goes wrong? I’m tired of crazy people and their ways of living. Somebody go kill them or something.

2nd to last blog!!

This must mean summers around the corner [; !!.. I can't wait til I throw away all my papers from school to just kick back and relax. Of course I'll still be working, just so I can have extra money to spend, but at least I won't have to worry about any kind of deadlines. And when I say that, I mean like homework or something.

Things 2 Do this SummeR!

  • Work
  • Eat
  • Sleep
  • Finish unfinished songs
  • Doctor/Dentist appointments
  • Six Flags
  • Philly?
  • Save money?

All I know is that come next year, I'm a senior - which means free periods and off campus lunches. Privileges I should have had since sophomore year, but who cares now. The thought of next year being my last year in high school is kind of hard to believe, but I’m glad it’s here.
Being a kid was fun, but I’m ready to get out of grade school. I think 12 years of it was a little too much. Though college is going to be a pain in the butt as well, it’s just something else we have to deal with right? I’m ready to do whatever it is I have to do in order to attain everything I possibly can in my lifetime. In due time, I always tell myself. Big mansions, tons of cars, clothes, money, waterfalls, etc. Then maybe after I attain that, I’ll go find my old ‘bad’ teachers and show them up. Then to my ‘good’ teachers and let them know how much I appreciate them for teaching me. And then to Mr. ----------- letting him know how gay Connally was. And then find Ms. ----------- still single, and let her know how gay she is, while stinking like weed because it’d be legal by that time. Oh what I dream of..
Too much dreaming for now though. I still got summer and next year to go…

One child, alone?

China introduced it's one child policy rule in 1979. It's helped control the population and is still enforced as of today. Question is, should it be continued? I kind of had no idea, until I read about this, this year. So for me, a teenage to read this, I'm thinking that they're saying there's too many chinese people. Maybe there is, and if the reason to control the population is because of space, or not enough food to go around, then yes. Other than that, who are you to tell someone they can only have one child (for free).

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/One-child_policy
"Parents with multiple births aren’t given the same benefits as parents of one child. Many times the parents have to pay money to the government in order to get permission to have another child."

So it costs more money to have more kids. Hm...

I've always wanted to have a family with three to five kids. I grew up with three older brothers. Home would be very different if it were not for my siblings. Maybe it's just me, but I would rather be around more brothers and sisters, than to be alone.

In this case, the only way to answer the question, is to pretend you being that one kid. As an asian kid, I know my parents work early in the morning and come home around night time. I remember I would go to school when they go to work, then come home and once I'm asleep, they would finally get home. If it weren't for my brothers, I would be bored out of my mind. I wouldn't know what to do, except to go outside and find some friends or something. But friends come and go. I could, and can always, count on my blood.

I'd just hate to be an only child because of a stupid rule.

Favorite artists?? well one of them is Kanye West

My cousins got me listening to Kanye. I can remember hearing the song "Hey Mama" playing over and over again. Just listening to the song as a whole was something beautiful.

"Forrest Gump mama said, life is like a box of chocolates// My mama told me go to school, get your doctorate// Somethin to fall back on, you could profit with// But still supported me when I did the opposite//"

"I said mommy Imma love you till you don't hurt no more// And when I'm older, you aint gotta work no more// And Imma get you that mansion that we couldn't afford// See you're, unbreakable, unmistakable// Highly capable, lady that's makin loot// A livin legend too, just look at what heaven do// Send us an angel, and I thank you (Hey Mama)"

Its just the kind of music I like. He's a great artist overall. His presence is also amazing. I would love to see a Kanye West concert live and front row or something. He's one of those rappers that can make anything rhyme. You would believe it rhymes, just because how it flows so smoothly.

"Y'all don't want no prob from me// What you rappers could get is a job from me// Maybe you could be my intern, and in turn// I'll show you how I cook up summer, in the win-turr"

I think it's clever and exactly where I'm trying to get at.

"Killin y'all n----- on that lyrical s---// Mayonnaise colored Benz, I push Miracle Whips//"

I enjoy listening to his songs and I get inspired. Sometimes I would sit there writing and think.. "hm.. what would Kanye write?" and even though I'd get nowhere close, sometimes it'll push me a little bit. Maybe later I can advance and get a little further with my writings. Practice makes perfect and that's why I keep writing. I'm not gifted, I got to work hard to become talented. Ever since I started doing my music, I been writing my own stuff. That's got to be like 7 years. It seems like a long time, but I'm nowhere close to where I want to be. But my goal is to make it soon just so I can make a song with Kanye. In due time right?

RECYCLE.

It’s crucial that we take care of our world, now more than ever. I think twice before I throw my stinky, unwanted trash out of my car and onto the road that not just I use, but everyone else around me uses. I don’t just spit my chewing gum anywhere. Trash cans are there for a reason and I hate it when I see people not use them. Everyone has been talking about the big recycling bins like the regular trash cans and I think it is a great idea. I am pretty sure schools are focusing more on recycling as well.
I guess it is getting hotter, or is it? Did you hear about the snow blizzard in Amarillo Texas this month? Things are getting a little bit weirder but I’m not exactly sure on how to describe it. Global warming sure is something we need to put into consideration nowadays, but what are the odds that everyone will? So I just got pulled over by a cop, and now I’m losing money. That’s an extra 200 dollars that is wasted out of my pocket. That just makes me mad and now I really do want to throw my trash out on to the road. I’ve seen 500 dollars of mine wasted to fix my car, while some other kids waste 500 dollars on 2 pairs of jeans. Now 200 is wasted on a ticket, while some of kids wasting 200 on a pair of shoes. This is an outrage. Forget the rules, rules are made to be broken. Forget what they tell you. F--- the cops. But whatever right. You either clean up after this place or you don’t. Life goes on. There’s not much to say anymore. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE. RECYCLE.

www.myspace.com/mocfive

Hey (who ever is reading). I'd like to tell you about my music as my free topic beacuse I really don't just wanna tell you how my day is or what's plans for spring break. So here it goes: I started rapping since I was 10. My cousins got me into it. I still have a couple songs from back then. People must've been annoyed by my high pitched voice and my elementary rhymes, but I think it's cute. It's still me. I learn, I grow up, I'm here. You can listen to my current songs on my myspace. I have a lot of unfinished tracks that needs my individual attention asap because I'm trying to at least compile one CD before I graduate. It'll be titled 'High School Graduate' or something along those lines. Maybe High School Graduation or something. I like to say I'm different when it comes to my music. I try to do all different kinds of songs - if that makes sense lol (love/club/mixtape/anything). Cause it's good to be versatile. My singings not the best, but I like it. Most times AutoTune will help me out, but don't think that I cant sing completely. You can't rely on AutoTune completely. You got to do your part, know what I mean? Well anyways, just be sure to hit me up to get a CD;]. I won't disapoint. I try not to.

But I guess enough about that. Today's really cold. I heard this week is just going to keep staying ugly, but spring break next week should be beautiful. I'm getting out of Austin for sure. I need a vacation. I'm about sick and tired of this place now. But at the moment, I feel like I can't do anything about it. I've been told to 'ride it out' plently of times, but what if I don't want to?

[^^^^^^don't mind that, lol, I needed 300 words. bloggins cool I guess, comment me, maybe hit me up on aim or somethin ---- xmoc fivex]

Technology, how I use it.

This world wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t for technology. If you’re not in school, you might find an iPhone or Blackberry almost everywhere. But cell phones in general are found everywhere. I’m just saying that we all upgrade sooner or later. I got my iPhone finally. It’s by my waist in its holster at all times. To me, it’s like my computer. I can use the web, go to YouTube, email somebody, listen to music, and so much more. I could also use my home computer with my iPhone, but I haven’t had time to configure it.
My computer at home is probably more significant though. I use it to write and record music. There’s a lot of programs to do so, but my favorite is the old school Cool Edit.
I like to watch the television too. Recently I haven’t had the time to do so, but my favorite old shows are like: Family Matters, Full House, Step by Step, Save by the Bell, Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Moesha, Hey Arnold, CatDog, Tom and Jerry, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and many more. Some of the new reality shows are pretty decent too. I have cable so you could probably see me watching movies if none of my shows are on. If absolutely nothings on, I play games.
The bad thing is that my Xbox 360 died while my big brother borrowed it. I’m still trying to get my system back so I can go online and kill some people in Gears of War or NBA 2k9.
If it wasn’t for technology, I would probably be extremely bored. There’d be nothing to do really. In class, I’d probably have to sleep with no music! I might even have to listen to the teacher. How boring, right? YES!

My Introduction...

Hey everyone, my names Chuck and I attend Connally High School in Austin Texas. I'm currently 17 and I am definitely excited to turn 18 this September. I hate working and I hate reading. I do, however, like to make music and my favorite sport is basketball. Since this is an introduction, I guess I should tell you I’m Vietnamese although I’m not so good at speaking it.
School’s, for sure, not one of my interests. 12 years of grade school is just a little too much. My opinion is that it all gets redundant. A lot of what we learn, (I think) we won’t even need to know/use. But that’s just my attitude, recently. I hate physics and pre-cal. Both are probably my only worries this junior year. I’m trying to take some summer classes though so I can have four off periods next year. I hope senior years a blast too. I would say I’m a good student, but I like to take the easy way out of everything. I like to procrastinate even though I shouldn’t.
Enough about school though. I’m trying to get out as fast as I can, even if I’m not doing much to help it. I’m waiting for spring break and summer to hurry up and come. Still a teenager, still a kid – I’m just trying to have fun.
I’m getting older though, so maybe I should figure something out. I really do need to know where to go, and at the moment I’m absolutely clueless. College is the furthest thing on my mind. Everyone has a dream though.
And here’s mines – in no more than 10 years, I’ll be fully successful. I’ll definitely be financially secured, have a beautiful wife, make some great looking babies, and just live until my retirement in my 30’s-40’s. But how?
I’m still trying to figure out an answer. My dream is to something with my music. At the moment, that’s all I might actually know. I wouldn’t like to be the average doctor or lawyer, but I might have to be to start off. I really don’t know. I’m also undecisive. That’s me.
